They originally made us an offer and they requested 30 days to close with an inspection period. After the inspection they came back and completely low balled us right before closing. "Wow, where do I start. In a last ditch effort, I called the Helpful house buyers to help me with figuring out a stressful situation with the bank and the Sheriff's department. I had recently lost my job and was behind in my mortgage payments. "These guys are great. My son and I are moved into our home about 3 years back and have had nothing but problems from day 1.
