"Wow, where do I start. In a last ditch effort, I called the Helpful house buyers to help me with figuring out a stressful situation with the bank and the Sheriff's department. I had recently lost my job and was behind in my mortgage payments. I reached out to a couple realtors for help with the sale of my home and both of them insisted I fix up some things on my house before putting it up for sale.
